Share this social story with your kiddo to help them understand how to introduce themselves to new friends!

How to Introduce Yourself When I meet someone new, I can introduce myself to them. I can say, "Hello!" They might reply, "Hello!" back to me. Then I can share my name. This way, they will know what to call me when we interact. I would say, "My name is ___!" They might reply with their name to me so I know what to call them. When we are done speaking with each other, I can say, "Goodbye, it was great to meet you!" Now that we have introduced ourselves, the next time I see them, I can just say, "Hello! Great to see you again!" When we introduce ourselves to new people, we learn their names, share ours, and begin to build connections to others!Download Now!
