I can stay hydrated by drinking water every day, multiple times a day.
Drinking water is essential for:
Keeping my organs working
Improving my sleep and energy
Helping digest my food
Staying cool when sweating
If it's hot outside, I'll sweat a lot so it's extra important to stay hydrated and drink water.
If I don't drink enough water, I might:
Feel tired or weak
Have chapped lips or dry skin
Get muscle cramps or a tummy ache
I can carry my water bottle around to help me remember to drink water.
